The company is licensed to practice real estate business as a real estate dealer, which limits the company to operate in the areas of sales, rental and leases with its office currently located at The Trade Center Business Complex, 30-32 Red Hills Road, Suite 3A, Kingston 10, Jamaica WI.

Winston B. Moxey, EA, FNTPI, GRI

Mr. Moxey has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, USA since 1981, and a licensed Real Estate Dealer in Jamaica since 1996. He obtained his Associates in Occupational Studies Degree in Management – Accounting from Monroe Junior College Bronx, New York, USA and his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from The New York Institute of Technology; and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute. Winston is a federally authorized Enrolled Agent and owner and President of Bowerbank Income Tax & Accounting Services, Inc., an Orlando based company specializing in accounting, tax services, business consulting and IRS problem resolution for individual and businesses. Winston has over 35 years' experience as a tax practitioner and is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS for audits, collections, and appeals. As part of the Enrolled Agent program, Winston completes an average of 24 hours of continuing professional education each year.

Winston B. Moxey has received several recognitions for his involvement in community and civic affairs. In 1986, the Hon. Donald R. Manes, who was the President of the Borough of Queens, New York, USA appointed him to Community Board 10. In 1991, he was also the Democratic Candidate for the 28th Council District in Queens for the City Council of New York. In addition, he also received an appointment as Second Lieutenant with the New York State Guard Division of Military Affairs by the Hon. Mario M. Cuomo, who was then Governor of the State of New York. He was also a Police Officer and an Immigration Officer in Jamaica WI. Winston B. Moxey is also currently involved in numerous volunteer activities in Orlando school, Civics and charitable organization and a Notary Public for the State of Florida.
